They got away with the first one and you know it. Oh, maybe you deny believing the conspiracy theories about 911 and Bush but in the back of your mind you know something wasn't right about that whole thing.

Well, get ready for the next one. I'm going to tell you where, when and how they will pull it off. And I'm going to pray I'm wrong.

This is all just conjecture, of course, the end result of collected information and educated guess's but it is entirely within the realm of possibility. Let me know if I miss anything.

WHERE: The first attack was in a blue city. New York is notoriously Democratic in it's voting habits so it was a natural for Bush's power grab. The next attack will be on the west coast. Four possibilities: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland or Seattle.
Los Angeles is, of course, a cesspool of liberality according to the Bush Mantra. But, while there are many great cultural sites that could be bombed, there are no huge stashes of gold or CIA secrets like the WTC held. San Fran is also a cultural treasure but, except for the imagery fo the bridge collapsing doesn't offer much in the way of money making opportunities. No huge insurance policies owned by Bush friends as was the case with the twin towers, so far as I know.
Portland was the true birthplace of progressive talk radio in some ways but does have a large Republican population. It is also a major port that could be economically devastated by a large attack. However, the mercenaries used by Bush in the first attack don't do large. Too tricky, too open to mistakes.
Seattle. Large military bases nearby, Federal offices downtown, world famous Space Needle, huge center of commerce. That 's the spot.

WHEN:
The GOP is terrified of Obama right now. They know that in two weeks he is going to wipe the polls with McCains Depends wearing old ass. They are attempting to scare people and play on race but they see their ranks deserting them and are worried that just stealing this one will fail this time.
A trapped animal is the most dangerous.
They attempted to start a war with Russia by sending in Rove and Bush advisors to coax Georgia into starting a fight. They started a fight and got people killed but the world is wise to them. McCain came out too prepared to soon and they got caught.
They need a diversion now, something to scare people into voting against their own best interests again....voting for McCain. But the timing is critical: too soon and the furor will die down and give people time to think. Too late and they may not have time in the confusion and panic to place blame on the Democrats and Obama.
The upcoming attack will be in the last week of October, only a week before the election. Time to slam Obama and build up McCain but no time to investigate. It will occur during the morning commute to maximize the death rate.
(Alternate: they may wait to see the outcome of the election, counting on theft to assure a GOP victory. If that fails the attack will take place just before Bush is scheduled to leave office and Bush will declare marial law and stay in office or appoint McCain President.)

They will go the largest possible body count. Remember, this is a liberal city and human life means nothing to Bush or McCain. The more dead the better for their political agenda.

HOW:
No planes this time, been done and too many questions and errors last time like the small hole in the Pentagon and the lack of debris. This time it will be dirty bombs. Strategically placed detonations at the base of the Space Needle (for great imagery) and the Federal Building (to give us the 'attack on the USA' angle) or one of the commerce centers.
As was done in the twin towers some inside agent will gain access through a 'maintainance' ruse to plant the explosives. Bush's brother, Marvin, did it in the WTC, does he have a brother in Seattle?

They are going to want the most exciting visuals they can get. The sight of the Space Needle collapsing and the thousands of dead strewn about will give the GOP and their cohorts like Hannity, O'Reilly and Limbaugh orgasms of delight and many hours of blaming, threatening and chest pounding. Idiots will flock to the booths to elect war hero McCain and we will invade Iran, who we will accused of the crime. Or maybe Bush, realizing that McCain is a moron will declare martial law and finish what he started.

No matter what happens, however, Bush will never let a Democrat have the new powers that he has given himself. The NeoCons have worked too hard stacking the Supreme Court, reworking the branches of government, rewriting the laws and stripping us of rights to let some liberal have the reigns of power.

So, it's either a new war or a new terrorist attack.
